Kick Off Harborfest Season 37
Winter has had its turn and it is time to call in the sun.
Join us at The Foundry on March 27th to start the countdown to summer. We are bringing the waterfront energy indoors with live music by Cam Caruso, music trivia, live art painting by Kimberly Crapser, and a costume contest for your favorite musical era.
Your ticket includes a selection of hand held food favorites and the first look at our upcoming festival reveals. Every purchase directly supports the music and fireworks that define Oswego.

Why is this a ticketed event?
This is a fundraiser to help support Harborfest, a free music and arts festival made possible through sponsors and community support.
Can I buy my ticket at the door?
Yes, but space is limited and not guaranteed. Tickets will be $10 more at the door, so we recommend purchasing in advance.
Is this a sit-down dinner?
No. This is a party-style event with a spread of food available throughout the night.
Do I have to dress up, or can I just show up?
You can absolutely just show up. That said, it’s more fun if you lean into the theme, and there will be prizes for the most fully expressed looks. You do you..
Terms & Conditions
1. General Policy
All tickets are a contribution to Oswego Harborfest, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By purchasing a ticket, you are directly supporting the continued tradition of Harborfest.
2. Refund & Transfer Policy
• Non-Refundable: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to weather, illness, or change of plans.
• Transferable: While tickets are non-refundable, they are fully transferable. If you cannot attend, you may give or sell your ticket to another individual. Please notify the Harborfest office or update your ticket info online to ensure the guest list is accurate for check-in.
3. Admission & Age Requirements
• Identification: This event features a cash bar with specialty cocktails. All guests wishing to consume alcohol must be 21 years of age or older and provide a valid government-issued photo ID upon entry.
• Ticket Presentation: Please have your digital or printed confirmation of your purchase ready for scanning at the door.
4. Event Environment
• Food & Beverage: General Admission, Couples, and VIP tickets all include access to food throughout the evening. Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.
• Code of Conduct: Harborfest is a community celebration. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior without a refund.
5. Photography & Media Release
By attending the Countdown to Harborfest Party, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Images and video may be used by Oswego Harborfest for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes to celebrate the 37th season.
6. Liability
Oswego Harborfest and The Foundry are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Guests attend and participate in the costume contest and activities at their own risk.
