Countdown to Harborfest Party is a one-night-only celebration designed to flip the switch from winter to summer energy. Dress in your favorite music era and step into a room filled with live music by Cam Caruso, decades of hits, music trivia, specialty themed cocktails, raffles, giveaways, a silent auction, and exclusive Harborfest reveals. Add in a photo booth, a live event painter capturing the night in real time, and a crowd ready to have rock the night, and you’ve got the official pre-party to everything Harborfest represents. WHAT: This is a fundraising event for Harborfest & a way to kick-off the energy of our 37th year of Harborfest music, fun and fireworks.

Terms & Conditions
1. General Policy
All tickets are a contribution to Oswego Harborfest, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By purchasing a ticket, you are supporting the continued tradition of Harborfest.
2. Refund & Transfer Policy
Non-Refundable: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to weather, illness, or change of plans.
Transferable: While tickets are non-refundable, they are fully transferable. If you cannot attend, you may give or sell your ticket to another individual. Please notify the Harborfest office or update your ticket info online to ensure the guest list is accurate for check-in.
3. Admission & Age Requirements
Identification: This event features a cash bar with specialty cocktails. All guests wishing to consume alcohol must be 21 years of age or older and provide a valid government-issued photo ID upon entry.
Ticket Presentation: Your name will be on a guest list at the door, but be prepared to show your email confirmation (digital is fine) in case of any issues.
4. Event Environment
Food & Beverage: General Admission, Couples, and VIP tickets all include access to food throughout the evening. Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.
Code of Conduct: Harborfest is a community celebration. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior without a refund.
5. Photography & Media Release
By attending the Countdown to Harborfest Party, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Images and video may be used by Oswego Harborfest for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes to celebrate the 37th season.
6. Liability
Oswego Harborfest and The Foundry are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Guests attend and participate in the costume contest and activities at their own risk.
